Plus Chef Zac will be cooking up a hearty rib eye using primo grass-fed organic beef by Dandaragan! It’s a 500g chargrilled rib eye steak with chimichurri, patatas bravas, sauteed green beans for $65.
Let Chef take the reins with our Fiesta menu and enjoy three-courses for $65pp. A la carte will also be available.
We’ll have plenty of good booze to swill around with wines by Savaterre, Mosswood, Soul Growers and Henschke. Only the best for the old boy!
